LITTLE CHAMPIONS 1

Ages 4-6

· Tuesdays & Thursdays

· 4:30 PM

Our youngest students learn through games and guided movement — balance, listening, and following instructions. No experience needed; this is often a child's very first structured class.

LITTLE CHAMPIONS 2

Ages 7-9

· Mondays & Wednesdays

· 4:30 PM

Kids build on the basics with real technique through age-appropriate drills, while learning teamwork, patience, and how to handle winning and losing gracefully.

JUNIORS

Ages 10-13

· Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday

· 5:30 PM

More intensity and detail: refined technique, light supervised live training, and more responsibility on the mat — building real confidence and self-defense skills.

HOMESCHOOL

Ages 6-12

· Tuesdays & Thursdays

· 10:30 AM (Daytime)

Same curriculum as our regular kids classes, scheduled during the day for home school families whose after-school time doesn't line up with typical class hours.

ADDITIONAL CLASSES INCLUDED

• Wrestling & No-Gi Ages 6 and up - Fridays at 5:30 PM

• Kids Jiu-Jitsu All Ages & Parents Welcome - Saturdays at 10:00 AM

What should I bring to class, and how do I get started?

For your first class, we’ll provide you with an official Gracie Barra uniform (Gi) to borrow. Just bring a bottle of water, flip-flops, and arrive 10 minutes early to meet our team and get ready. Sign up for a FREE trial class and experience the benefits of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu firsthand!
