GRACIE BARRA KIDS

Fun, safe, age-appropriate Jiu-Jitsu classes that build confidence, discipline, and respect — through self-defense, takedowns, and ground technique.

LITTLE CHAMPIONS 1

Ages 4-6

· Tuesdays & Thursdays

· 4:30 PM

Our youngest students learn through games and guided movement — balance, listening, and following instructions. No experience needed; this is often a child's very first structured class.

LITTLE CHAMPIONS 2

Ages 7-9

· Mondays & Wednesdays

· 4:30 PM

Kids build on the basics with real technique through age-appropriate drills, while learning teamwork, patience, and how to handle winning and losing gracefully.

JUNIORS

Ages 10-13

· Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday

· 5:30 PM

More intensity and detail: refined technique, light supervised live training, and more responsibility on the mat — building real confidence and self-defense skills.

HOMESCHOOL

Ages 6-12

· Tuesdays & Thursdays

· 10:30 AM (Daytime)

Same curriculum as our regular kids classes, scheduled during the day for home school families whose after-school time doesn't line up with typical class hours.
