KIDS PROGRAM

To excel in any endeavor, individuals need to have a strong set of values and a solid character that gives them the perseverance to achieve their goals. The Gracie Barra Kids Program was created to provide children ages 4-15 with an environment that allows them to experience and understand core values like focus, discipline, persistence, cooperation, and respect.

ADULTS PROGRAM

GB1 Fundamental: The program is designed to introduce Jiu-Jitsu in a safe and easy-to-learn format. Our 16-week program covers all the basics of Jiu-Jitsu. This 1-hour class focuses on self-defense and the most important, fundamental techniques of Jiu-Jitsu.

GB2 Program: At this stage students have a basic understanding of Jiu-Jitsu and are ready to start piecing together techniques. This is where students start to develop their game, speed, precision and add more fine tune detail to their techniques. Sparring is introduced, pushing students to apply what they have learned.

GB3 Program: Once a student receives Blue Belt they are welcomed into the GB3 program, path to Black Belt. On this last stage of our adult program students will explore more challenging techniques but more
