Designed for beginners, GB1 Program is the foundation of Jiu-Jitsu at Gracie Barra. Originally called the "Fundamental Program," it offers structured training in self-defence, core techniques, and the philosophy of Gracie Barra.

ADVANCED JIU-JITSU

White Belt, 3 Stripes+

· Monday & Wednesday

· 6:30 PM

For students with a strong foundation. Faster pace, more advanced positions, and live training. GB2 students are always welcome to keep training in GB1 too.

JIU-JITSU FOR WOMEN

All Levels, Adults & Teens 14+

· 9:30 AM

The GBF Program is a women-only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class designed to create a supportive, empowering, and safe environment where women can train, learn, and grow together

What to Bring to Your First Class

Water Bottle

Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout class.

Comfortable Clothing

A Gracie Barra Kuna Gi (uniform) and rashguard will be provided free for the first class

Slip-On Shoes

Easy-to-remove shoes like flip-flops or sandals help keep the mats clean and make it easier to get ready before and after class.

No experience necessary — come ready to learn, ask questions, and try something new.
