NOGI / WRESTLING

We’re excited to announce a special Kids Competition Class (NoGi/Wrestling) happening this Friday, December 5th, from 5:00 to 6:30 PM at Gracie Barra Kuna.

This class is open to all Gracie Barra students in the Treasure Valley, and it’s a great opportunity for our young athletes to sharpen their takedowns, improve mat awareness, and prepare for future competitions in a fun and focused training environment.

If your child enjoys competing—or wants to build more confidence—this is a perfect class to join.
